I owned an insurance brokerage for 56 years. I spent that time with clients who were signing important papers, and I did not rush them. I treat a notarization the same way.
You or your attorney prepare the documents. I notarize them.

I can meet evenings and weekends when the signing requires it. Have the document type, the location, and the number of signers ready. Bring a current government-issued photo ID. If the document needs witnesses, they must attend. I cannot be a witness.
